REUNION
MAY 23-27 2011
DELTA QUEEN
The Delta Queen
was used at the beginning of WWII as temporary barracks at
Tiburon, CA while barracks were being constructed for the Net
Depot and Net and Booms School. It is now permanently moored on
the Tennessee River in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
You don't want to miss this exciting reunion in truly beautiful
Chattanooga, Tennessee!

AGENDA:
The reunion planning is complete. We will meet in Chattanooga,
Tennessee, this May 23 to May 27. We are staying in Building One at
the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel. The Choo Choo is on a
30 acre complex and has hosted many military reunions. Next door to the
hotel is a free electric shuttle to get around town and to some of
the attractions. Here is our agenda in brief:
Monday May 23, 2011
3 P.M. Check in
5 P.M. Meet and greet in the Roosevelt Hospitality Room in
Building One
6 P.M. Adjourn to the domed building for dinner at the Gardens
Restaurant
8 P.M. Return to Building One for the night.
Tuesday May 24, 2011
8 A.M, Return to the domed building for breakfast at the Gardens
Restaurant
9 A.M. Carpool to the Incline Railway for a ride up the side of
Lookout Mountain
10A.M. Carpool to Rock City
11A.M. Return to the Hotel
12 P.M. Lunch at the Depot Deli
4 P.M. Return to the hotel Building One hospitality suite and
Glenn Miller suite to relax
5:30 P.M. Dinner and entertainment at the Station House
Restaurant
Wednesday May 25, 2011
9 A.M. Return to the domed building for breakfast at the Gardens
Restaurant
10A.M. Shuttle to the Tennessee Aquarium
2P.M. Southern Belle Riverboat cruise includes lunch (free golf
car ride or 2 block walk)
4P.M. Return to the Tennessee Aquarium to tour Building two
6P.M. Return to the hotel via the shuttle
Free time to explore the hotel complex, you're on your own for
dinner but there is always the Gardens Restaurant; we'll probably
be too tired to go out.
Thursday May 26, 2011
9 A.M. Return to the domed building for breakfast at the Gardens
Restaurant
10A.M. Free time to shop
1P.M. Pizza lunch in the Silver Diner rail car.
2P.M. Free time and prepare for the banquet
6P.M. Catered banquet in the Crystal Room
off the domed lobby, you are on your own for Lunch.

9 A.M. Return to the domed building for a farewell breakfast
11A.M. Checkout
